We follow Pennsylvania’s maximum allowable fees for notarial acts and offer transparent pricing for all additional services. Remote Online Notarizations (RON) include technology and ID verification fees, and mobile travel rates are calculated fairly based on distance.

| Travel Fee (0–20 miles) | $20 | For mobile services within 20 miles of 18046, general notary work + administrative fees. |
| Additional Travel | + $10 per 10 miles | Applies for travel beyond 20 miles, general notary work |
| Rush / After-Hours / Weekend Fee | $50 | Applies to appointments after 6PM,weekends, holidays, or urgent same-day bookings, general notary work. This is in addition to regular fees. |
| Remote Online Notarization (RON) | $35 | Includes 1 notarization and secure ID verification, US Citizens, PDF Download, general notary work |
| Remote Online Notarization (RON) | $50 | Includes 1 notarization and secure ID verification, Non US Citizens, PDF Download, general notary work |
| Additional RON Notarization | $25 each | Per additional document or signature, general notary work |
